Hopefully Australian Prime Minister, Anthony Albanese's spine will solidify and he becomes enough of a man to call out the appalling behaviour of our "trusted ally" and demand the US cease their hypocritical persecution of my fellow Australian. Julian Assange did the world a favour by exposing the crimes and corruption of this rouge state, time for the US to try and act like the nation they pretend to be.
History doesn’t need to vindicate what Julian has done. The people know that Assange the journalist and publisher stands for truth. The kind of courageous truth people in power don’t want shared with others. What these people don’t understand is we all know what they’ve done and what they’re doing. We even know who and why. Their punishing Julian reflects how pitiful and vicious they are to the core. Even their revenge doesn’t buy them a moments peace. Julian has already won that battle against these evil people. Julian may be in Belmarsh, but he’s winning.
The consequences against them are coming. The Universe always wins. The truth always prevails.
I am very proud to live in a city that is naming a street after Julian Assange, here in Leuven, Belgium. I only wish America would wake up. Terrorizing journalists is what Saudi Arabia and Putin do, and down that path there is no legitimizing any thread of democracy in a government.
